The Meaning of Life
To make infinite progress, leave the Earth in a better state of evolution than we found it, to give our gifts at every possible opportunity, to love, expand, evolve, obtain, give, challenge, fail, and accomplish, to have a great time doing and exploring, to not miss anything, and to live a good life.

Purpose Driven Goal
Offer my gifts to 1,000 new people.
  Action Plan: Share my story and website with at least 20 new people each week.
  Action Plan: Read my Affirmations, daily.
  Action Plan: Maintain in Players Club for 12 months consecutive.
  Action Plan: Target = 100 New Associates.
  Action Plan: Maintain all 10 Core Commitments for 12 months consecutive.

Development Driven Goal
Add 10 pounds of muscle mass, continue dietary disciplines, read 12 books, listen to 6 audiobook programs.
  Action Plan: Martial Arts MMA Training, once per week.
  Action Plan: Exercise 4 times per week.
  Action Plan: Read 1 book per month.
  Action Plan: Get through an audio program every 2 months.
Alliance Driven Goal
Refine my Brotherhood and Sisterhood: 7 close guy friends and 7 close lady friends.
  Action Plan: Setup or attend weekly social functions or meetups that I can invite everyone to.
Dietary Composition Goals
Primary Food Intake:
      Carbs: Raw, Canned & Dried Fruit; Raw, Canned & Steamed Vegetables; Granola/Oats; Granola Bars; Brown Rice, Healthy Breads and Bagels.
      Fats: Nuts, Seeds, Beans, Chicken, Fish
      Protein: Nuts, Seeds, Beans, Protein Bars, Chicken, Turkey, Fish
Primary Beverage Intake:
      1. Still, filtered, room temperature water
      2. Orange Juice (Not from Concentrate)
      3. Almond Milk or Chocalate Almond Milk
      4. Home-made Teas (with no sugar added)
      5. Vegetable Juices
      6. Other Fruit Juices (Pear, Apricot, Coconut Water, Cranberry, Apple, etc.)
      7. Berry Juices
Dietary Disciplines:
Drink at least 3 glasses of liquid per day.
Eat at least 3 times per day.
Red Meat Limit: 1 serving per week.
Fried Food Limit: 1 serving per month.
Coffee Limit: 1 serving per 6 months.
Chocolate Limit: 1 serving per months.
Soft Drink Limit: 1 serving per month.
Diet Soft Drink Limit: Eliminated.
Fast Food Limit: Eliminated, exception: In-n-Out limit 2 times per month, Subway limit 2 times per month.
Food Additives Policy: Uphold highest standard for food ingredients.
      1. No hydrogenated oils.
      2. No flavor enhancers, especially no MSG.
      3. No food colorings.
      4. No harmful or controversial preservatives.
      6. No artificial anything.
Dental Disciplines:
Brush my teeth twice per day.
Floss at least 5 times per week.
Visit dentist's office for cleaning every 6 months.
Health Disciplines:
Never smoked. 2012 will be smoke-free.
Never used drugs. 2012 will be drug-free.
Currently free of prescription medications. 2012 will be medication-free.
Never been drunk. 2012 alcohol limit: 1 serving per 3 months.
Never used energy drinks. 2012 will be energy-drink-free.
Microwave Use: Only when stovetop or oven use isn't possible.
Aspirin Limit: 1 Aspirin per 3 months.
Continue using homeopathic medications, and only when necessary.
Take immune and nutrition boosting supplements 6 times per week.
Visit clinic for STI checkup every 6 months.
Visit doctor's office for checkup once this year.
