My Vision Statement

"Beautiful" -- George Acosta featuring Kathleen Fisher

11:42 PM
~ New Years Eve ~
December 31st, 2015

I'm holding this framed vision statement in my hands...

...reading it aloud to many of my greatest associations.

This is surreal.
I planned it,
I set out for it,
I achieved it.
A lifestyle, just the way I designed it.

... It happened for me.

I'm sitting here in the main party deck of my 64 foot motor-yacht,

We're anchored off the coast about a quarter mile from Newport Beach's marina; where I currently have my boat's slip!

I've thrown yet another party for my mastermind, support team, family, and other impact-bringing friends! There seems to be about 55 of us here. Hopefully no one has unwantingly fallen into the water?

I managed to somehow convince Bubbi & Papa to finally get on a plane to be here to visit, and the rest of the family is here, too!

Dad lives out here with me for part of the year.

Reason being? Well, dad has his 40' Cigarette boat parked in the adjacent slip, back at the marina!

Mom is here, I let her bring Shelbie on the boat, and while I'm beginning to regret having a dog on the boat (first time for everything), at least she hasn't peed on anything (or anyone), yet!

Mom found her spiritual partner and dad found his petite Asian lady, and they're all four getting along... at least when I'm watching. Tiara is here and is newly engaged; they have a very neat story as to how they met!

Some of my greatest, most cherished friends and business partners have made it out, some have traveled from very far to be here with me tonight. About 30 of my top Executive Directors are here. Some of them came with their spouse, while it appears that others have come here to find one, or to leave theirs! I'm coaching many of them on how to build their $250,000/year income just as I have, and also coaching them on how to find their special match. I wanted my $250,000 Ring to be silver to match my other rings... but alas, they only come in all gold! I wear it on my left hand's ring finger, since my income is certainly more predictable than any woman!

Cousin Larry's pockets are as deep as his passion for food now, and we both have just spent a good portion of the evening cooking lobsters and crabmeat for everyone. And I have enough trail mix to feed a whole forest of squirrels. Just in case they migrate to the marina.

I have a special lady in my life! No, we aren't married, and I'm still a few years short of being ready for considering kids... My income seems to rise exponentially, so my focus is on keeping that trend! I'll consider kids in my next 5 year plan. But anyway, she's quietly radiant, composed yet powerful, far beyond her years, and independent yet passionate. She appreciates, respects, and grows with me, encourages me to be the best man I can be, keeps me sharp, holds me accountable to my personal standards and commitments, and despite what my parents would ever guess... she's an absolute wildcat when they aren't around. Freckles, long light hair, fair skin, petite. A Swedish, Irish, Scottish, German mix.

And as far as meeting her? Total cold approach, just one day saw her across the street. Yeah, had to run her down. I just knew, and I was ready. Goes to prove, we DO spend 5-10 years of our life practicing for that ONE moment of opportunity. "Successful people are willing to do what unsuccessful people are not willing to do" has been joined with "Happy people do what unhappy people neglect to do." She's quite excited about being involved in the business with all of us, and seems to be more social than I am at times, and despite my committed development, she still has less qualms about talking to new people than I do; it's strange to think back to the old days when I use to unconsciously spend most of my time in my apartment, seemingly hiding, now I spend most of my day walking around the marina and town, even though I have this boat as my home! We continue to facilitate each other's growth beyond our self-imposed limitations. I'm in the best shape I've ever been; only because I'm actually trying to keep up with hers!

And because of this growth, I've been able to meet many of Orange County's Best, as we call them, and unadmittedly, I'm still a bit jealous of their 90 foot yachts parked near mine. But hey, I have everything I've ever wanted. Ah yes, and the orange convertible is here, it's not the Lotus Evora... By the time I was ready to buy another liability, Lotus launched something even sleeker looking... Rumor has it, it's being featured in the new Bond movie...

Contrary to where I thought I'd be, I'm still DJing. For the past 5 years, I've contemplated quitting almost every week so I could focus on my highest leveraged opportunity, but my clients love the work that I do, so I can't seem to turn these events down... I only turn it down if I'm throwing one of my own events!

We celebrated my 29th birthday by going to Ibiza, Spain, for a week! Six of my team members qualified for the ambitious promotion I ran. I brought $1,000 just for the music budget (Only because customs wouldn't let me take more!). Then I burnt all the songs onto my computer and gave away the CDs as prizes and gifts. Neat idea, huh? I came up with that one all by myself.

Now with all my time freedom and daily direct deposits, I'm producing my chillout beach house music and working on my first book, "The Ever-Evolving Masculine," I'm shooting to keep it under 160 pages. It's geared towards adolescent men, or any adult male that wants a spiritual guide to developing a mature masculine essence and balanced lifestyle. I've been teaching a night course on the topic at a local university; it's a small class but we're all excited about the material and discussions. I'm putting together a team to develop my soon-to-be not-for-profit organization (Parker Stanbury is helping me out, of course), again, all related to bringing out the true masculine. I've read over 30 books on the Masculine/Feminine and gender development issues in the past 5 years! And, every month for the past 5 years, I created and completed a 30-Day-Challenge, to test my own limits and to know myself better. I journalized my experience, and a large portion of the book is a workbook-style 30-Day-Challenge creator with an accountability system to keep to and track activity and progress. I've met many of the most powerful and influential people in my life during these Challenges, after all, nothing massive is ever achieved without massive commitment, massive accountability, and massive effort.

Tonight we're celebrating the new year and the launch of my next 5 year vision statement (helicopter, anyone?), and we're doing that by sending off the biggest, baddest firework that one could illegally buy, and supposedly, it's explosion is shaped like a thunderbolt. Believe me, the camera's are ready!

A glass of champagne for us all! I've held off until tonight to have my one allowed alcoholic beverage for the month. Discipline 007, Discipline.

So, here's to:

2010 -- Courage. Truth. Integrity.
2011 -- Awareness. Acceptance. Allegiance. Abundance.
2012 --
2013 --
2014 --
2015 --

Happy New Year!
